VHILS Chisels Giant Portrait onto Portuguese Dam

VHILS recently completed a massive chiseled mural located on the facade of the Caniçada Dam in northern Portugal. The portrait portrays a "face inspired by the workers who gave their body and soul to the building of the dam, surrounded by a group of children and tree elements," as per Arrested Motion.
